We have seen them making the rounds on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube, those music videos everyone seems to be making during the lockdown. Well, we know for a fact that we have very talented students and thought that we would challenge them with a French music competition.
What can I record?
Basically anything! We want to see your talent. Sing in French with a good backing track, try Acappella, play an instrument, the choice is basically yours!
Competition Rules:
- WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) your video for approval to culture@pta.alliance.org.za with your name, surname, contact number.
- Share this competition, and remember to tag us on Facebook @AllianceFrancaisePTA, or Twitter @AF_Pretoria, and also #FrenchLockdownMusic
- Weekly deadlines for entries are every Friday 12:00
- We will feature your entries on our Facebook page the Saturday evening from 18h30
- The public will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite. The winner of each week will be moved to the Finals.
- Finals of the competition will be held at the Alliance Française Pretoria during our End of semester Party. Everyone attending will be able to vote from the finalists. The overall winner will win the prize!
- The winner of the final competition will receive a 50% discount on one of our classes
