Annual general meeting is a public meeting where anyone can assist.
Members of the Alliance (up-to-date with their 2024 contribution according to the constitution of the Alliance) are the only ones allowed to take part in the voting of new members of the committee.
Anyone wishing to become a member of the Alliance must send a written request (at director@pta.alliance.org.za) which will be transferred for the board for acceptance or refusal within 15 days after reception. Once approved, the new member will have to pay its yearly contribution (R350), by the day of the AGM the latest.
